• if there is material damage to the property of a third party, except damage to a vehicle whose driver is involved in a traffic accident,
• if a part of the road is damaged or destroyed,
• if there is no agreement between the parties on the essential circumstances regarding the degree of fault in the accident.

In cases related to criminal activity or vandalism, the obligation to call the Police of the Czech Republic always applies, even in cases of small material damage. If the crime is not investigated by the Police, it may become a non-liquid insured event, i.e. the insurance company may reject the insurance indemnification.
